Now if my Internet connection doesn't speed up sometime soon, I swear I'm just about to break down into sobs. This is so frustrating, my god, how could dialup people ever handle this.

Thanks for all the input on that last post, guys! I won't burden you with the actual situation - though I'm sure some of you can guess - but suffice to say I'm glad that I have backup that it isn't just me being sensitive about the situation.

Anyway, Animania was today...and apparently Gencon was yesterday NO-ONE TOLD ME THIS AUUUUGH.

Not many pictures, but I was spending most of the time actually doing stuff, you see. Understandable. There...actually weren't as many cool costumes as last year. Bah, oh well.

Woken up at 6:45am by a banging on the door.

Dragged myself out of bed - I'm awful with time and didn't check the clock, but I assumed Dad had gone to work by now - to a dude at the door with a package.

Was pleasantly surprised! Opened it up, and~ guess who has their Kyon costume!

Then got on here and saw much praise for my recent kinkmeme fills.

Today, I feel, will be a good day.

You know what'd be the best idea?

Going to that con in September in my Kyon costume (haha why so expensive cosplay) and meeting up with some other Haruhi peoples and having a conversation.

Then doing some stuff and coming back and having the conversation again.
Then doing some stuff and coming back and having the conversation again.

OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

Also: writing has been slowing down again. I really hope writing wasn't just a phase for me, because if I lose interest in it, I dunno what I'm gonna do...

Also bought Digital Devil Saga 2 and Justice for All. Way to have about SIX DIFFERENT RPGS RUNNING AT ONCE, SELF. I haven't even finished Dragon Quest VIII from forever ago. On the plus side, maybe I'll write some more attorney-fic once I've played through AJ and JFA again!

Animania was fun! Not as big as Supanova - the whole thing fitted in one floor of the hotel it was held in - but still good fun. Due to my somewhat last-minute preparations, I didn't manage to Kyon it up. amongst_thine was brilliant and suggested summer uniform Kyon, which was kind of my backup; in the clothes you'll see, I seemed to get recognised more as Light from Death Note. Which meant hugs from several Misas and Haruhis, which is alright by me. :Db
